The following rules and regulations apply to all visitors to or users of the Web site. By accessing and using this Web site you are bound to these rules and regulations and agree to our terms and conditions as follows;

• Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• No information on this website regarding any product or service available for purchase constitute a warranty or promise in respect to those products.
• Sami & Sita will not be held responsible for any damage to any products after delivery.
• You are liable for any taxes, or charges or duties applicable to your country, other than GST that may arise from the processing of your order.
• No returns or exchange on items unless faulty. No claim for a faulty item will be accepted if the garment is not in its original state. Sami & Sita reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause the fault.
• Garments are made from luxurious and delicate fabrics and need to be handled with care. All jewellery must be removed when handling garments. Must be professionally cleaned and care label instructions be followed. Silk will lose one to two shades of it's intensity overtime. Silk may vary one to two shades either way from swatches and may grow over time.
• All special orders require a 50% deposit (non refundable). Full payment is required prior to pick up or delivery of order. Sami & Sita designs can be made to order in standard sizes. Garments are produced to sizing stipulated at the time of purchase
• Sami & Sita is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed parcels. Parcels returned to Sami & Sita by Australia post for any reason will be subject to a returned freight charge of $15 and a resending fee of $10.
• You agree to unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia in the event of any dispute in relation to the use of this site.
