Postage & Shipping

Within Australia

Within Australia we use Express Post so that we can track all purchases easily and in a timely manner. Please note that orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Deliveries made within Australia are free of charge for any order over $150. For orders below $150, a flat fee of $9.95 is charged.

Delivery will arrive within 3 - 10 business days (for in-stock items only). Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. A signature is required on delivery. We therefore recommend that you nominate a day time or work address. If the items are backordered, the total shipping charges will be allocated proportionately to the items shipped.

International Orders

For international orders, we use Registered International Post, which is tracked by Australia Post. All prices are in Australian Dollars. Please note that this does not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.

Deliveries made outside of Australia will incur a flat fee of $40.

Delivery will occur within 3-10 business days. Delivery may take up to 14 business days depending on the postal services in your area. However, if you have not received your order within 14 business days, please phone us on +61 2 9331 1953 or email us at info @samiandsita.com. A signature is required on delivery. Sami & Sita will not be held responsible for lost shipment. We therefore recommend that you nominate a day time or work address. We do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.

PLEASE NOTE: Sami & Sita will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes for further information. In order to comply with Australia's export regulations, Sami & Sita is required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. Sami & Sita is also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift' even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. It may be necessary to call local customs officers for further information.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. However, availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
