How can I shop online by purchasing dresses, jewellery, shoes or accessories?
Step 1: Browse our collections gallery or search for a product via main navigation bars on the website, “shop by collection” or “shop by signature range”.

Step 2: After you have found the product you wish to purchase please select the size/s you require from our drop down box. If you are not an Australian resident please use the size converter on our size chart. If the size you are after is not appearing in the drop down box then unfortunately the size is currently unavailable. For more information on the product and its availability, contact us on (02) 93311953 or by email at info@samiandsita.com

Step 3: After you have made your selection, please click on 'Add to Shopping Bag' which will then take you to the 'Checkout' page where you will be able to review your purchase, make adjustments or continue shopping.

Step 4: After you have reviewed your order and ensured you have ordered the correct size and/or colour, please click 'Check Out' where you will be asked to enter in your payment details and billing and shipping information.

Step 5: After completing this you will be emailed a confirmation of your order via email. Please use this when corresponding with us, and await your purchase!


Do I Need An Account To Purchase?
No, you don’t need an account to shop online at Sami & Sita, however, registering makes checking out faster as your details come up automatically. Registering also gives you access to our newsletter for the latest Sami & Sita news.


What Are The Payment Options?
Sami & Sita accept:
Credit Card – Visa and MasterCard via paypal gateway.
Manual Bank Transfer – Bank details available upon check out, payment is required within 5 working days or your order will be cancelled
** Please note we do not accept American Express.

How can I purchase a dress “specially made to order”?
In addition to our stocked range, we also offer a made to order service where you are able to choose any style from our collection to be made to order especially for you in any colour and any size should we not have exactly what you are after in stock. This service incurs a $70 cutting charge per dress.
You can purchase a Sami & Sita creation this way by choosing a colour theme and providing accurate measurements to Sami & Sita. Once you have ordered a style and narrowed down your colour options, we will send you a range of appropriate colour swatches to suit your chosen colour palette and can commence orders upon receiving a 50% deposit of the total amount plus postage.

What fabrics are used to make Sami & Sita Garments?
The dresses at Sami & Sita are made from the highest quality and luscious of natural fibres mostly silks, a wide variety of silks are used from lightweight silk chiffons and georgettes, silk crepe de Chine, silk organza, and silk satins to heavier silk dupion and shantung, depending on the style. Featuring also are cottons, linens, wools and cashmere blends, all linings are pure silk. We advise special care and attention be taken with jewellery, washing and handling. While many of our fabrics are hand washable, we recommend dry cleaning by specialist dry cleaners only.  Our fabrics are sourced from local and imported suppliers.


What colours are available?
Our off the rack collection includes a variety of stocked colours for made to order dresses we have an extensive silk colour palette available from pale vintage hues, soft neutrals and ivory, black and white, through to bright celebration colours such as red, yellow, fuschia and blues of all kinds


How do I know what size to choose?
Please refer to our size chart, measure yourself following the information provided, based on those measurements decide on your size.


Can I have a dress tailor made if I send Sami & Sita my measurements?
Our dresses can be made to order in any of our styles, in any of our standard sizes and any colour, however they are not made to measure. Please see our size chart to find your size or alternatively you can visit our friendly Paddington, Sydney boutique to try on a Sami & Sita creation.


How do I take my measurements?
It is really important that your measurements are accurate. Use a soft measuring tape and measure over your under garments. We strongly advise to have someone else measure you. Once you have your measurements, review the sizing chart and decide on the size that will best fit you.

  • Bust – Measure around the fullest part of the bust line and around your back.
  • Waist - Measure your waist - the narrowest part of your torso - above your belly button and below your ribcage.
  • Hip - Measure the fullest part of your hips - approximately 20cm/8 inches below your waist..

How long does it take to make a specially made to order dress?
The time frame depends very much on the style chosen, the number of items ordered, and our production schedule at any given time. Through the busier season of Spring/ Summer we work to an 8 – 12 week timeframe, however we can sometimes make an order up in a matter of days! Where are the Sami & Sita dresses made?
The Sami & Sita collection is proudly designed, lovingly cut, made and sold in Australia to ensure that personal touch and ensure the highest quality standard. Keeping it local, Sami & Sita is fully Australian owned and run.


How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for any purchase over $150. For any purchase under $150 a flat rate of $20 is charged. All items are beautifully wrapped and packed, and are delivered using registered express post to ensure a safe and speedy arrival.


Does Sami & Sita deliver overseas?
Yes. Deliveries made outside of Australia will incur a flat fee of $40. Please contact us at info@samiandsita.com for further details.
