If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
